FitCamp Vacation Week Workout Plan
After a great start to this year’s summer BootCamp program it’s amazing to me to think we only have 4 more week left after our Summer Vacation week July 27th-31st. With the studio being closed next week I am sure you will be having major FitCamp withdrawals so I’ve put together a “fun” workout plan for you to follow starting this coming Monday. Print out this plan and use it to stay accountable next week, making sure to keep track of your times. Also, be sure to bring in your results from each workout to your first class back. We’ll be dishing out some serious 400′s, STPJ’s and Digger Pulls for each day you miss
